HOW TO BAKE

Tips
Make 2 packet mixes together (1300g)
Use 1¾ in the dome tin (1140g)
Set aside ¼ (160g) for the cylinder tin.

HOW TO ASSEMBLE
1. Place the dome cake, dome side up, on your cake board
2. Lean the cylinder cake against the side of the dome cake, rounded end down
3. Place the cube cake on the dome cake so that its base is resting on the dome cake and its side is resting against the bottom of the cylinder cake
4. Secure the position of the three cakes by inserting a wooden skewer through the cube cake down into the dome cake, and another through the cube cake down into the cylinder cake

1. Make icing according to the instructions on the packet
2. Add cocoa to the icing and mix through
3. Ice the entire cake
4. From the edible paper, cut out the horse's eyes, remove the plastic backing and apply to the iced cake. Cut out the horse's ears, leave the plastic backing on and attach a toothpick to the back using sticky tape. Insert the ears into the cake
5. Cut a pink marshmallow in half length-wise and position both pieces as nostrils
6. Follow the instructions on the paper cut-outs to assemble the three manes. Set aside. Shortly before the party, attach to the cake. Use the video of our Unicorn Cake as a guide to our Horse cake!
