At Shape Tins, we want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Shape Tins Bakeware Sets

We offer a 30-day return period for unused Shape Tins bakeware sets.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your return must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase.

To request a return, please email hello@shapetins.com.au with your order number and reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Edible Icing Sets & Consumable Products

Due to food safety and hygiene requirements, all edible icing sets and other consumable products are non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been delivered.

We will only replace or refund edible products if they:

• arrive damaged;
• are faulty; or
• you receive the wrong item.

If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the product and packaging so we can assess the issue.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your order is damaged in transit, faulty, or you have received the wrong item, contact us at hello@shapetins.com.au as soon as possible (preferably within 48 hours of delivery) with:

• your order number;
• a description of the issue; and
• clear photos of the product and packaging.

We’ll assess the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Sale Items

Sale and clearance items cannot be returned for change of mind unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different product, simply return your eligible unused bakeware item for a refund and place a new order.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If your product has a major fault, is not of acceptable quality, is not as described, or does not do what it is supposed to do, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as provided by law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
