Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Acceptance of your order occurs when we dispatch your products.

• payment cannot be authorised;
• we suspect fraudulent activity; or
• the product is unavailable.

If payment has already been taken, any cancelled order will be fully refunded.

Shipping

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.

Food Products

Edible icing sets and other consumable products are intended for decorative baking purposes only.

Customers should always check ingredient information before consumption to ensure suitability for allergies or dietary requirements.

Due to food safety requirements, edible products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect.
