When will my order be shipped?

We move quickly around here! Orders placed before 12pm (Sydney time) are sent out the same business day. Order after that and we’ll have it on its way the next business day.

If anything ever slows things down, we’ll let you know.

How long will delivery take?

We ship with trusted courier partners, so once it leaves us, it’s in their hands. As a guide:

• Standard shipping: 3–5 business days
• Express shipping: 1–2 business days

Depending on where you are, it might arrive even sooner.
