Print at 100% actual size — don't scale to fit — then cut it out and use it as your guide on the cooled cake.

HOW TO ASSEMBLE
1. Place the cake, dome side up, on a chopping board
2. Cut out the paper template and place on top of the dome cake
3. Using the template as a guide, cut the two sides off the cake

HOW TO DECORATE
1. Make icing according to the instructions on the packet
2. Add yellow or black food colouring to the icing and mix through
3. Ice the entire cake
4. Cut out the edible paper designs. Remove the plastic backing and place onto the iced cake
5. Follow the instructions on the paper cut-outs to assemble the shark's fins and tail. Set aside. Shortly before the party, place the paper cut-outs on the cake
