HOW TO BAKE

HOW TO ASSEMBLE
1. Place the dome cake, dome side up, in the middle of your cake board
2. Spoon out some of the top of the cylinder cake using a dessert spoon
3. Place the cylinder cake onto the top of the dome cake and secure by inserting 3 or 4 wooden skewers through both cakes

HOW TO DECORATE
1. Make jelly according to the instructions on the packet and leave in the fridge
2. Make icing according to the instructions on the packet
3. Add cocoa to the icing and mix through
4. Ice the entire cake except for the top of the cylinder cake, which will have jelly added to it later
5. Cut out the edible paper designs. Remove the plastic backing and place onto the iced cake
6. Cut out the paper cut-outs and attach wooden skewers to the back with sticky tape. Set aside
7. Shortly before the party, add jelly to the top of the cylinder cake and then insert the paper cut-outs into the cake
