Tips
You may find it easier to ice the dome cake before attaching the three ice castle pieces
HOW TO ASSEMBLE
1. Place the dome cake, dome side up, on your cake board
2. Cut out the paper template and place on top of the rectangle cake. Using the template as a guide, cut the rectangle cake into the shapes you will need for the ice castle
3. Using our image as a guide, attach the three pieces cut from the rectangle cake to the dome cake. Secure each piece using two wooden skewers

HOW TO DECORATE
1. Make icing according to the instructions on the packet
2. Add a drop of blue food colouring to the icing and mix through
3. Ice the entire cake using our image as a guide
4. Cut out the edible paper designs. Remove the plastic backing and place onto the iced cake
