HOW TO BAKE

Tips
Make 3 packet mixes together (1950g). Use 2x ¾ mixes (475g each) in the cylinder tin to make 2 cylinder cakes. Set aside the rest for the dome tin
HOW TO ASSEMBLE
1. Place the dome cake, dome side up, in the centre of your cake board
2. Cut the rounded top off 1 x cylinder cake
3. Place the cylinder cake with the flat top onto the centre of the dome cake (cut side up), then place the other cylinder cake on top of it
4. Secure the three cakes into position by inserting 3 wooden skewers down through the cylinder cakes and into the dome cake

HOW TO DECORATE
1. Make icing according to the instructions on the packet
2. Separate ½ icing into a separate bowl
3. Add a small drop of black food colouring to one bowl and mix through, to make grey icing
4. Ice the cylinder cakes using the white icing
5. Ice the dome cake using the grey icing
6. Cut out the edible paper designs, remove the plastic backing and apply to the iced cake
7. Follow the instructions on the paper cut-outs to assemble the shapes. Shortly before the party, place the cone on top of the space rocket cake and the triangles at the sides and back
