HOW TO BAKE

HOW TO ASSEMBLE
1. Cut the rounded top off the rectangle and cube cakes
2. Place the cube cake, cut side down, to one side of your cake board
3. The rectangle cake is approximately 24cm long. Cut it in half to create two rectangles approximately 12cm long
4. Place one half of the rectangle cake, cut side up, next to the cube cake. Ensure that the cut end of the rectangle cake is next to the cube cake so it is hidden
5. Place the other half of the rectangle cake, cut side down, on top of the first half of the rectangle cake

HOW TO DECORATE
1. Make icing according to the instructions on the packet
2. Separate ⅓ of the icing into a separate bowl
3. Add green food colouring to the larger bowl of icing and mix through
4. Ice the cube cake with white icing and the rectangle cake with green icing
5. Cut out the edible paper designs, remove the plastic backing and place onto the iced cake
6. Add wagon wheels for the wheels on both sides of the cake and jubes for sirens
